I would like to share some tips how to reduce cholesterol.Recently my best friend told me she has high level of cholesterol and i am very worried for her as high level of cholesterol is influence the heart also.

  • Avoid rich foods
  • Eat garlic
  • Drink Green tea
  • Move from Jams to Preserves to avoid unwanted calories
  • Fish and fish oil supplements lower levels of triglycerides, which are fats related to cholesterol.
  • Vegetarian diets have been found to be effective in lowering cholesterol.
  • coffee should be kept out of the diet altogether or at levels of one to two per day.
  • Stay away from alcohol
  • Exercise
