Festival Time

I am so excited today as again the time has come.
You must be wondering for what ?
Which festival I am talking about ?

Well one of my all time favorite festival The Ganpati Festival.

I am happy that now we Indians are becoming environment friendly and as a result everyone is buying eco friendly Ganpati. One can see very beautiful Ganpati idols in the market.I envy people living in Mumbai where this festival is celebrated with lot of enthusiasm and excitement. It is not that in Delhi we do not celebrate this festival but here one can find very few pandals.

Tomorrow is the beginning of ganesh festival.

Dilli Haat

I loved to visit Dilli haat with my friends and relatives. Why ?

  • Best Food
  • Best shopping options
  • Different themes time to time
  • Place to unwind
  • One can experience different cultures under one roof.

The last time i visited Dilli haat was on the festival of Teej.I purchased a beautiful rajasthani work lehariya green saree for my mom, and matching bangles.

I also liked the Rajasthani food - mouth watering khasta Kachoris, sweet mawa kachoris. They were really yummy.

Love To Travel

I love to travel. That is why i have decided to explore a new place every year.Every place has its own charm. Some places have beautiful natural beauty on the other hand some has good food or one is known for its shopping.

Whenever i visit a new place i always make it a point to interact with the local people and try their local dishes.

A Dream Come True

It had been my ardent desire to watch a live IPL match in the stadium,to see the indian team in action, see the crowds cheering and soak in the electric atmosphere. As good luck would have it I got a chance not only to see the match live but in a foreign locale of South Africa. What a journey it was and the stay was momentous as I got the chance of attending the after the game party with the cricket teams.

I was lucky to meet The God of cricket Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Irfan Pathan, Virendra Sehwag. It was a dream come true.

All the crickets are down to earth.Even when they are world famous.
I also met charming Mandira Bedi.
